ABOUT US
Local knowledge.
Personal care. Thoughtful
hospitality.
We are a local team of experienced holiday rental hosts, bringing exceptional property care and a personal approach to owners and guests in Noosa.
Good management
is about people.
At Tabi Noosa, we understand the care that goes into a property and the trust it takes to place it in someone else’s hands. Our team brings experience across Airbnb and Booking.com, together with an established local presence in Noosa.
With experience managing more than 120 holiday rental properties, we look after the details that matter: immaculate housekeeping, welcoming presentation, professional guest communication and thoughtful pricing.
Our Japanese-inspired approach to hospitality is reflected in personal attention and high standards. For owners, that means easier day to day management. For guests, it means a stay that feels considered from beginning to end.
Three priorities. One thoughtful approach.
Everything we do is guided by attentive service, exceptional standards and genuine local knowledge.
Attentive service
Responsive, professional communication and personal attention for owners and guests. We take care of the everyday details to make each experience feel straightforward.
Exceptional standards
Cleanliness, guest comfort and property presentation matter. From housekeeping to maintenance coordination, we approach your property with care and attention to detail.
Local expertise
Our team knows Noosa and its surrounding areas. We bring that understanding to property management, guest support and the small touches that make a stay memorable.
The people behind the care.
Our directors, office managers and operations team bring a personal approach to looking after your property and welcoming your guests.
